Centrum Integracji Społecznej w Ustce wraz z Usteckim Uniwersytetem III Wieku „Żyj kolorowo”, Spółdzielnią Socjalną „Drabina” i Miejskim Ośrodkiem pomocy Społecznej w Ustce prowadzi rekrutację uczestników do projektu pn. „Usteckie Centrum Usług Społecznych II”.
Rodziny mogą korzystać z fachowego wsparcia doradczego, psychologicznego, a dzieciaki uczestniczyć w zajęciach podwórkowych oraz świetlicowych (placówka wsparcia dziennego w Usteckim Centrum Usług Społecznych, ul. Wiejska 10).
Natomiast osoby niesamodzielne, wymagające opieki mogą m.in. uzyskać pomoc asystenta lub terapeuty, a także otrzymać np. wsparcie przy drobnych naprawach domowych. Jednocześnie mają możliwość uczestniczyć w zajęciach Aktywnego Klubu Seniora. Opiekunowie osób niesamodzielnych będą mogli skorzystać z tzw. opieki wytchnieniowej czyli czasowego zastępstwa. Szczegóły oferowanych usług poniżej.
Projekt jest realizowany w ramach RPO WP na lata 2014 – 2020. Uczestnikami projektu mogą być rodziny oraz osoby niesamodzielne ze względu na wiek, chorobę, niepełnosprawność i ich opiekunowie.
W ramach projektu realizowane będą następujące działania:
- Usługi społeczne dla osób niesamodzielnych i ich opiekunów, w tym:
- a) działalność Międzysektorowego Zespołu Opieki – zespołu specjalistów, który świadczyć będzie m.in.:
- usługi opiekuńcze,
- specjalistyczne usługi opiekuńcze (fizjoterapeuta, psycholog i in. wg potrzeb – np. dietetyk, logopeda),
- usługi asystenta osoby niepełnosprawnej,
- praca socjalna
- poradnictwo specjalistyczne indywidualne
- indywidualny terapeuta zajęciowy
- b) zapewnienie krótkoterminowej opieka w zastępstwie opiekuna
- c) rozszerzenie usługi Teleopieki
- d) działalność Aktywnego Klubu Seniora
- e) usługi „Złotej rączki”
- f) prowadzenie animacji lokalnej
- g) funkcjonowanie mieszkania wspomaganego dla osób niesamodzielnych
- h) wsparcie dla opiekunów osób niesamodzielnych – szkolenia, warsztaty, poradnictwo indywidualne, reintegracja społeczno-zawodowa w CIS, grupy wsparcia
- utworzenie wypożyczalni sprzętu medycznego/rehabilitacyjnego
- Usługi społeczne dla rodzin
- a) działalność Interdyscyplinarnego Zespołu Wspierania Rodziny – zespołu specjalistów, który świadczyć będzie m.in.
- usługi asystenckie (asystent rodziny),
- doradztwo zawodowe,

- wsparcie psychologiczne z elementami terapii uzależnień,
