W Gdańsku odbyły się eliminacje do Ogólnopolskiej Olimpiady Młodzieży juniorów młodszych w judo.
Na Mistrzostwa Polski, w tej grupie wiekowej awans ze Słupska wywalczyli Katarzyna Znamirowska ( +70 kg) oraz Hubert Żuk ( 90 kg). Kasia uplasowała się na drugiej pozycji, a Hubert zajął 3 miejsce.
Słupscy zawodnicy zaprezentowali się z dobrej strony i potwierdzili, że są dobrze przygotowani do sezonu. Mistrzostwa odbędą się za miesiąc w Łodzi i przed gryfitami bardzo intensywny okres przygotowawczy.
Bliski kwalifikacji był Olgierd Kulwas ( 66 kg), który ostatecznie zajął 5 miejsce.
Pozostali gryfici zakończyli zawody na fazie eliminacyjnej.
