Otrzymaliśmy informację z Banku Gospodarstwa Krajowego o przyznaniu nam dofinansowania na budowę 57 komunalnych lokali mieszkalnych, które zostaną zlokalizowane w trzech budynkach A, B i C przy skrzyżowaniu ulic Długiej i Płowieckiej (budynki A i B) oraz ulicy Płowieckiej (budynek C).
W projektowanych budynkach AB znajdować się będzie 36 mieszkań (w cz. A 14 mieszkań, w cz. B 22 mieszkania), w budynku C zaprojektowano 21 mieszkań.
W kondygnacji podziemnej budynków znajdą się skrytki lokatorskie oraz pomieszczenia techniczne i gospodarcze. Wszystkie mieszkania dzięki dźwigom osobowym przystosowane będą dla osób o ograniczonej sprawności ruchowej lub z innymi dysfunkcjami. Wszystkie kondygnacje będą dostępne dla osób poruszających się na wózkach. Budynki wyposażone będą również w instalacje solarną wspomagającą instalację ciepłej wody z panelami fotowoltaicznymi zamontowanymi na dachach.
Na parkingu zaprojektowano 25 miejsc postojowych, w tym 3 miejsca postojowe dla użytkowników o ograniczonej sprawności motorycznej. Nawierzchnie ciągów pieszych i nawierzchnia ciągu jezdnego zostaną wykonane z kostki betonowej. Chodniki i jezdnie zostaną oświetlone lampami typu parkowego. Zaprojektowane zostały również stojaki na rowery (2 grupy po 26 rowerów) oraz plac zabaw dla dzieci z bezpieczną nawierzchnią. Na terenie działki posadzone zostaną nowe drzewa i krzewy zimozielone, a pozostały teren zostanie zagospodarowany jako trawniki.
Warto wspomnieć, że lokale mieszkalne w części będą przeznaczone do realizacji programów w zakresie pomocy społecznej i przydzielone m.in. dla takich grup jak: rodziny prowadzące rodzinny dom dziecka, osoby opuszczające pieczę zastępczą, rodziny, w skład których wchodzą osoby ze znacznym stopniem niepełnosprawności, nie mogące samodzielnie funkcjonować, seniorzy.
Budowa lokali mieszkalnych jest jednym z zadań zaplanowanych w Gminnym Programie Rewitalizacji Miasta Słupska na lata 2017-2025+.
Całkowity koszt przedsięwzięcia oszacowano na 19.681.771,32 zł, z czego kwota bezzwrotnego dofinansowania z BGK wyniesie 15.463.274,74 zł.

Powierzchnia całkowita : 3.339,31 m2.
Powierzchnia użytkowa mieszkań 1.798,39 m2.
Powierzchnia użytkowa usług 231,46 m2.
Budynek C
Powierzchnia całkowita : 1.607,51 m2.
Powierzchnia użytkowa mieszkań : 1.272,53 m2.
